We hail from different journeys and stories~ joined by our love of the revolution, our love of the hoop.  Our skills range deep & wide, our love of the circle of life envelops it all. Collaborative, creative, community! 

We have found each other through our love and devotion to the transformational power of this circle, the hoop.  We believe life is here for us to live to our fullest, to find the juice, to drink deeply of the nectar of the mystery.  We dance, teach, and share from our own connection to the nectar, amrita, of life.

We hoope to touch as many as possible, ignite and inspire everyone we meet to live as an outpouring of this nectar of life.  We believe the hoop is a powerful tool ~among many~ through which one is able to connect to the joy and juice and sweetness of life, the life force flowing in body, awareness, and heart at once.  

We believe that once this place is reached, it is more accessible in all other areas of life.  Call it what you will~ the zone, the flow, coherence, prayer, mindfull, mindless, present, magickal, at One.... 

The circle is a teacher.  Learn to let go, trust and follow flow. Gaia spins, Universe cycles. Evolution spirals.

 

 

The Mission of HoopNectar is to share and expand the multi-faceted magick of hoopdance (hooping).  Through professional performance, instruction, discussion, creative play, research, ritual & collaboration, we aim to increase holistic fitness of the body, mind, & heart, cultivate play, joy & flow in the hoop and in our personal lives, as well as to connect and build the growing hoop community & our sense of connection within the greater Hoop of Life.
