We dance with fire, reflective & L.E.D. hoops… sometimes with twins (2 hoops), sometimes with multiple hoopers. We teach kids & adults, enhance parties & festivals, and are guaranteed to enliven/enlighten any occasion! Oh yes, we also hand-craft our magickal, one-of-a-kind hoops!

The Mission of HoopNectar is to share and expand the multi-faceted magick of hoopdance (hooping). Through performance, instruction, discussion, creative play, ritual, research & collaboration, we aim to increase holistic fitness of the body, mind, & heart, cultivate play, joy & flow in the hoop and in our personal lives, as well as to connect and build the growing hoop community and our sense of connection within the greater Hoop of Life.
